Unfortunately I had to experience one of the worst experiences in my life at this location. I went in today to pick up my order and one of the staff members here was extremely rude to a homeless man. He was patiently waiting in the register line to get a little bit of hot water for his cup of noodles. Jen and team are exceptional. I’ve been coming here early morning for the past 4 months since I moved to the area and they have taken such great care of me. They always remember me, my name and my usual order. The place is impeccable clean and well run. They make a chain coffee shop feel like a neighborhood joint and I love it. I am very grateful to them and cannot recommend them more!!!
