The homeless situation at this starbucks is out of control. Management needs to do something about the people who don't buy anything yet take over the patio outside and are often malodorous, loud, leave trash everywhere and the table sticky, and even get aggressive and threatening at times. An employee claimed they can't do anything about it even though they are starbucks's tables because the patio outside the store is the shopping center's property. Not sure if this is all Starbucks but they charged me $4.90 for a short Christmas blend black coffee? It’s black coffee.
