I waited in the Drive thru for 20 mins.When i got to the window I was asked “what was your order?” I didnt remember because it was the new drink they were advertising. She didnt even know whst drink they were advertising. I asked to speak to a manager in hopes that she would know the drink. I waited another 10 minutes and nobody helped me. I just drove away and went to a local coffee shop. They are totally disorganized and need proper trsoning.
You know sometimes we need to slow down and have some patience right.? Because people get busy. The world does not revolve around us but Customer Service such as the one you get at the Starbucks inside the target located in Napa make you feel like the world does revolve around you! I don’t have his name, tall young guy with the fro lol amazing Customer Service, and look what he wrote on my cup?! Thank you so much guys definitely having a better day after visiting here. 🤙 I wish I could give you a guy a 10 star because
Good Quick service in this Starbucks.. Its busy as its part of Target, but we were served quickly.
