I made the biggest mistake of dealing the "middle person." If you need service, deal directly with the company. I was not aware that once you sign and decide the service is not good, you need to cancel through both companies. That was not mentioned. Be careful out there, hope no one goes through what I am STILL going through. Difficult to get ahold of a manager to speak to and get them to return your calls.
