Arrived 15 mins prior to closing and was told they were no longer making drinks. The young man at the counter was very unprofessional and said I should “just go to another Starbucks “. I tried calling to make a complaint and did not receive a call back or acknowledgment. The service here was the worst I’ve experienced from the two young people at the counter. Do better Starbucks.

Could not make hot water if they tried. Worst Starbucks have a waste of money anything they got to make you're throwing your money away. 😕 Aim to disappoint.
Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I say good morning no answer. I asked him if he’s ready for my order no answer. My order goes in. The person that’s making the coffee put it on the counter I asked is this mine no answer and my cup was all sticky. Starbucks you need to do better with your employees they look miserable. Today 10/12/25 at 10:30 in the morning. Terrible customer service!
