My second time to this Starbucks. The first time the customer service was poor and it still is. I did mobile order, when I got in, the drink I ordered was not right cannon ball Energy drink. I kindly asked the barista if it was the right drink she said yes it was. I informed her I have ordered this drink many times and it did not look right. I brought a green tea matcha latte from this location & the employee that helped me was so rude his name was Alex also the coffee he made was horrible all he put was bunch of ice in it there was very little coffee we always come to this location mostly drive thru this time I went inside & had the worst customer service ever I will not be back at this location!!!
