I come here often. And i always have a good experience with the staffs. But today on 03/22/25 at 5:47pm, different humans. the girl was rude. A GRANDE ICE COOFEE WITH HALF AND HALF AND CLASSIC. ITS NOT A DIFFICULT DRINK. THEY MESS UP THE DRINK. THE ICE COFFEE WAS DARK AND HAVE LITTLE CREAM. I ASK IF THEY CAN PUT MORE CREAM IN IT. Great Manager and staff. Never a long wait
It’s always a hit or miss with this location but it’s convenient for me because I have to head on the freeway to work right after. Today I ordered an Iced Matcha that was suppose to have Carmel syrup but it tasted like nothing and my salted Carmel cold foam was tasteless. I’ve had to call them several times about my previous orders to get it fixed. For some reason the drinks are still not being made correct…
