I ordered Smore Cold brew today. Instead, the staff gave me cold brew. And service was terrible. She wasn't really patient and not friendly at all. She was giving me attitude. 1/10 customer sercice.
To go pick up times are completely off. If it is a busy time, expect a longer wait time. I waited 30 minutes for my drink and had to leave without it to make it to work on time!
The worker was extremely rude. She don’t greet me or even smile. She looked so annoyed when all I ordered was 2 waters. And now I found a fly in my water! There was absolutely no way she didn’t see it and knew what she was doing… disappointing Starbucks.
Terrible service, poor time management, & lack of critical thinking. I have ordered from this location several times using the mobile app. The app will say the order will be ready and the baristas will deny receipt of the order. Every. Time. It took 20 minutes to fulfill a simple no frills latte order. I was able to order, wait 10 minutes, leave to take my child to school, and come back, they were just finishing my order.
