Coffee is fine, customer service is lacking. We had 2 coffees in our order, and they called our name. When they called our name only 1 drink came out, so we politely asked “there is another drink, did we miss it?” And the one girl who was not even serving us said “GIVE HER A SECOND!”… (I think it was the manager who said this, but I’m not sure, she was just the most vocal one). Rude
Rude employees acting like questions about availability of cocoa powder are a HUGE bother. Frappachino was made barely fridge temperature, what happened to the crushed ice!?! - do they even know what they are doing? Don't waste your money here.
Today in RDU the cashier in Starbucks was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We bought 6 items from the freezer part of the store and we went to the register lady had a bad attitude. When we paid and kindly requested for a bag for our items, she said we don’t have bags so we asked could you check and she refused so we went to the item pickup table and asked the barista for a bag and she kindly gave us a bag. There also were a lot of bags the barista said. This is the worst experience at Starbucks’s customer service.
