The rudest and most disrespectful cashier I've ever seen in my life. If you don't carefully choose your employees you'll lose a lot. So grateful for the Starbucks in Terminal 1 at the RDU airport. Even with the seemingly never-ending receipt of app orders, the team of four worked smoothly and efficiently. One fellow customer said, "Ah, coffee. Now, our Thanksgiving can begin." My decaf Americano and bacon sausage wrap were both hot and filling. Thanks for breakfast, and happy holidays!
Overall worse Starbucks I’ve been to, I understand it is an airport and they get busy however it was in no way busy. I ordered and pay for a wrap at 12:00 and it wasn’t until 12:15 that they tell me they don’t have it anymore, I ask for a refund then 4 minutes later they suddenly have the wrap that I payed for.
