I’ve come to this location and had my drink made with no issues, but I will say the customer service I’ve received at this particular location is the absolute worst. They don’t greet anyone that walks through the door nor don’t have smile on their face whatsoever. They give off mean girl attitude every time I come through this location. If you’re going to be a barista, your customer service should always be number one on your list. You are one of the first interactions people have in the morning so for your attitude to be heard before I even get to the window is ridiculous. This location has sloppy and rude customer service. People need to start realizing that not everyone is going to just pay for crappy service and be okay with that. Not the first time we’ve had this happen.
I ordered a dry cappuccino grande with an extra shot of expresso. I sent it back because the weight was heavy. Dry means strong expresso in the bottom, foam on top I picked up the "redone" cup and it was somewhat lighter. I got home to enjoy my dry cappuccino to find out 1) barely any coffee expresso at all 2) taste light weak warm milk I am so disappointed.
