I usually never leave reviews, but I wanted to say thank you to the kind man working the payment window around 10 pm 12/13/25. I was having a really difficult night and pulled up to the window in tears, and he treated me with such compassion and kindness. I won’t forget that! We need more people like him in this world
I rarely write reviews for anything less than 5 stars, but as a daughter celebrating my dad's birthday, I felt this needed to be shared. I ordered a hot coffee (with room for cream) and a shaken espresso. The coffee wasn't brewed right away, which was fine, so I went to the bathroom. When I came back, my coffee was ready, but my dad's wasn't. Tried to order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with the sweet cream on the side and the woman told me they don't do that. Even though that starbucks and every other has done so many times before. Lazy employees at this location. I drove a minute up the street to another location and they had no problem doing it for me. I was at this location at 5:50 am, I suggest a manager looks into this. I won't be back.
