I will go to this location either in between or before class. When I go before class it amazes me how quick they are with making drinks, especially during this rush hour, staff is very friendly as well!
I think this is the one of the best Starbucks in Ventura. Priscilla is so friendly and polite. She always has a smile on her face. She told me that her boyfriend is a San Francisco 49ers fan and so is she. Ask for her she will treat you like home.

Great quality product for a cup of Joe and great service
I waited in line & was denied refill because cup wasn’t perfectly clean. So I cleaned my mug, waited in line again to have my mug 1/2 filled. I asked to refill my mug which is Trenta. I would have gladly paid xtra, but wasn’t offered & was actually met with rudeness “we don’t do Trenta in hot coffee”, when asked to fill my mug, really???
