We ordered a non caffeinated frappuccino drink. We got caffeinated one. We asked the drink not cold or less ice and the person at the front desk made the drink full of ice. The person at the front desk was rude in her attitude towards taking our order. It felt like she was not at all interested in taking the order. Will not go back to this Starbucks.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today. Today is the Red Cup Day, and I came specifically for it. Since I wasn't sure if this Safeway location was participating, I politely asked a lady barista. She responded impatiently, saying, "Yes, get in line." When it was finally my turn, the same lady who had been chatting and smiling with the previous customer suddenly turned cold and unfriendly toward me. Fresh brew coffee served at 8am was not hot. Do I need to say more?
Starbucks drinks are pretty good. Service at this location is poor. They already closed at 2:30pm, and the person was rude in answering simple questions.
Coffee to go. Sometimes a sweet bite. I love SB.
