I used to love coming to this starbucks. Lately there is a lady at the drive thru who always has an attitude. The last time I was there. I went through the drive thru. She took my order and told me my total was 16 with some change. When I went up to the window. She already had an attitude. She didn't repeat my total. She just took my form of payment. I got a notification that I was charged 22 dollars with some change. She gave us our drinks and I told her that I was charged 22 dollars for 2 drinks and instead of checking or ... read more
