Been coming to this Starbucks for several years. Starbucks quality you expect!
Long wait and very rude lady at drive through window. This has been my experience several times so not just a having a bad day experience. The only acknowledgment from the woman is saying the price total. Does not know basic courtesy like saying hello. She should not be in a customer facing role as she lacks basic interpersonal skills. Expecting a little bit of civility alongside your overpriced drink after a tough day is not a crazy ask. Guess what. Many people dislike their jobs but have to act like that can tolerate it.
