Food is pricey but dependable. Pre-packaged & warmed up for your on the go needs. Drinks are what they are. Predictably tailored to your liking. The staff overall are friendly at the window, just don’t cone across friendly through the intercom. I will say, when an order was wrong, they were excellent about making it right & that means a lot to me. A++ for customer service from the mgr.
The staff is always so friendly when I go in for my coffee. I'm always greeted when I walk in the door and helped right away. My coffee is always fresh and hot and I look forward to my morning cups at this location. I appreciate the patience these team members have and in holding it together the way they do. It can get really busy at times.
@5:51 March 19 2025 I walked into the Starbucks and asked if I could use the bathroom and was told it was a customer only bathroom and was asked if I would like to order anything. I’m disabled and Ally’s law might even make what happened illegal but I am a customer I order at this location multiple times a week. There is a storm outside at this moment with hail and everything. Five stars! I come to this Starbies a few times a week because I work remotely and I *need* to get out of the house, and the baristas are always so fun, so nice, so kind, so friendly. They always get my drink right and are speedy through the drive thru. I specifically know Patty by name, and she is extra lovely, but so is everyone else in the drive thru! Always happy to see the crew there.
