Customer service was great. The atmosphere was very welcoming both outside and inside.
I was in line and drive-through with six people in front of me when I got to the window. All I had was $100 bill. The person went. Oh I’m sorry I can’t take 100 and close the window that’s it horrible customer service.
I get my coffee at Starbucks every morning for the last 8yrs, a grande latte with 2 Splenda’s extra hot. For the last 2yrs the Hillcrest location has been my favorite 🤩 location. I love the crew at Hillcrest especially my barista Adrian, he is always in a positive and uplifting mood which is just what I need @5:45a.m., a cup of coffee and a smile. I no longer live in the Hillcrest Road area but I choose this location because of the crew you have working this location.
