The most poorly managed Starbucks I have ever been to. Slowest service every morning, long wait times even with minimal customers. Always understaffed with extremely unfriendly employees. No sense of care or urgency even during busy times. Don't come here unless you have extra time and enjoy poor, unhappy and grumpy service.

Missed opportunity this weekend for this place with a huge volleyball convention down the street with many people staying at the hotel and nearby. Who is the manager of this place and why would they not be scheduled to help out the poor worker running solo this morning? The place opens at 7 but the doors didn’t lift until 7:15, then there were 20 people standing in line while the one worker was catching up on mobile orders.
