I walked in and got zero support at this location. Jordin, one of the baristas, is very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. There is a saying that the management/leadership is a reflection of the company. When multiple guests are also writing bad reviews there is clearly a problem and issue pattern your brand is not paying attention to. I went in here this morning was told by employee that I have to buy something before I can use the restroom Literally wouldn’t give me the code to the bathroom until my payment went through her whole attitude and customer service was rude and it gave racism even after I paid snotty attitude was friendly didn’t even smile .
One of the most unprofessional locations in MN it is disorganized, dirty, uncleanliness on tables to floor, no barista/staff able to know menu of drinks either you hire better employees or you lose customers. Do not go here, one of the worst locations in the Twin Cities. -10 stars 0/0 dont recommend.
The baristas here are all so outgoing and friendly, very personable! I pop in every morning, and am greeted with smiles and laughter, great way to start my day. Very happy to have this location and it's great employees in our neighborhood!
Love this Starbucks! The staff are very friendly (: Convenient bus access, good wheelchair accessibility; a great place to chill and get work done!
