Always super slow and my coffee is never made right. I’ve never been here and not seen 1 barista on their phone.
You've got to be kidding me. It's 2025, and Starbucks is seriously telling me I can't have a raw sugar packet unless they add it themselves to my cup? What kind of nonsense is this? I'm a paying customer asking for one sugar packet - not gold. Since when did Starbucks start policing how we sweeten our own drinks? This is absolutely ridiculous, and someone needs to explain how this is even allowed.
Asked for my points to be added and they couldn’t do that, then I couldn’t get a receipt, so this is how Starbucks is ran? I need to speak with someone and get this issue resolved!
I ordered coffee and i was just a hot milk and no taste and flavor of coffee. I was very disappointed with my order
