Slowest and rudest location in the city. Employees would rather stand around and talk than work. On my latest visit, it took them over 45 minutes to make a 2-coffee order and refused to cancel or refund the order when I couldn't waste more time waiting for them to get to it. Drive thru gets full priority, while app and in-store orders are ignored.
A lady with pink hair saw my family and I walking in 10 minutes before they were even supposed to close and locked the doors so we couldn’t get in. Very rude and I’m surprised this is who starbucks wants to represent their brand.
I accidentally sent two mobile orders to the wrong Starbucks—13 miles down the same street! But this Apple Valley location kindly fulfilled them without hassle or charge. Incredible service—thank you!
At a stand still, no one ever came to counter to take my order. I supposed the two that worked there probably should have more help as they barely kept up with drive-through.
