I walked into this location this morning and politely asked if they accepted cash. In which I was told “yes, of course” so I proceeded to order my morning coffee and I then handed over a fifty dollar bill and was informed that wasn’t an acceptable bill denomination. I experienced severe discrimination and ADA non-compliance at this location. The manager intentionally obstructed my access to the restroom by providing multiple false codes, causing a medical incident. She also denied my request for a water cup, contradicting the store's standard practice. This deliberate gaslighting and refusal of a medical accommodation is dehumanizing, a major liability, and unacceptable.
