Hannah provided great customer service this morning. She was very polite and welcoming. She was able to take my order while multitasking and following instructions. At the drive thru window she was nice and fast and greeted me immediately. My breakfast sandwich was perfectly made.
I had a disappointing experience with the customer service during my recent visit. I placed my order at 5:15 PM and arrived at 5:21 PM, only to be told that I needed to wait 5–10 minutes before arriving—something I had already done. The drive-thru was completely empty, yet I was still told I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for just three drinks. So just had the 1st discrimination thanks to President. In 2018 starbucks started an open door policy after a mayor in Pennsylvania accused starbucks of discrimination. Google and read about it. I think thanks to the new president administration and all the segregation and discrimination stuff going around Starbucks has overturned there open door policy.
