Came here to get a drink that we ordered every time the same way and they refused to do it. We are okay with any upcharges, especially on drinks that are not the normal recipe. And when we said we'll just go to another store they replied over the intercom in a rude tone "alright, you do that then". When we drove down the street to the other store, the guy did it with no problems or any rude comments.
For the past three years, I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks, but over the last few months, they’ve hired some of the rudest staff I’ve encountered. The two women working the drive-thru—one blonde with tattoos on her arms and the other Hispanic—have been consistently discourteous. I visited the drive-thru twice to confirm it wasn’t a one-off experience, and both times, their behavior was unacceptable. Everybody is extremely nice. The staff is incredible, and the customer vibe is awesome. This is a nice place. It is very pet friendly, and my dog, Johnny bingo, loves the place
