This place is BUSY, but not too busy for Emmie to help my friend (who is deaf) feel welcomed and understood. Standing inside the store it is surprising how fast the drive-through line keeps moving, truly I got a lil tired watching them go. Yet they got my order to me quick and correctly, great job everyone! Thank you for the friendly face and making my coffee was exactly like I needed.
I never comment bad reviews , but I asked this young lady she has curly hair and glasses on if I can get a straw since I seen some over the counter. She pointed me to a farther direction. She went back to talking to her coworker as if nothing happened. It would've been nice handed me straws.
This lady could have at least waited until I left before she said something smart about me making that particular order, and her coworker laughed right along with her. I’ve tried to reach someone in management but it’s hard to reach someone. There shouldn’t be any form of disrespect for just ordering a drink.
When I asked Steph if I could use the bathroom, I was told no, even after they were purchasing something. He then claimed I looked like I was taking a bath in the bathroom. He saw me get out of my car, and I was simply walking in to use the restroom after a long drive. Despite their claims of issues with homeless people using the bathroom to bathe, I am not homeless.
