I placed an order not realizing how close I was to the store. Pulled up and kindly addressed the staff over the intercom and apologized for being early. Never mentioned I was in a rush. Didn’t complain or cause a fuss.. when they handed me my drink they scolded me about waiting 10-15 minutes after placing an order to arrive (the online order said 4-7 minutes) and she was very rude about it after I explained what the online order states and explained that I was only a little early. I won’t go back here.
My review won’t mean much because of how starbucks is a coffee titan that to be quite frank isn’t good in general. However in a pinch I’ll get a chai latte or a cappuccino. I wanted to get my Chai Latte and walk to the starbucks and arrive at 7:49pm. To my dismay I couldn’t be served because I was on foot. Nowhere on their website does it inform you that I cannot get a Chai Latte at 7:49pm because I do not have a car.
