Best Starbucks ever and there ever will be
Don't come here often, probably won't again. Simple mistake happened with my drink, manager " Kat" was extremely rude when I managed to grab her attention after she was just standing there. Other ladies who helped me originally were very kind.
This place is horrible!!! The red head older lady is the worst . Customer service is beyond pathetic with them nickel and diming at every step. This is the only Starbucks that has ever been rude. So it’s definitely the people at this location.
Went through the drive-thru and was first greeted by a man who seemed irritated and rushed me while I was ordering. Midway through, a woman suddenly took over, and her attitude was even worse. I asked for a strawberry açaí with the cherry powder, which I know they had in stock, but she refused to add it and said she "couldn’t give it to me," with no explanation. When I tried to order something else instead, they got that wrong too. The drink I ended up getting was supposed to be a Pink Drink, but it looked like straight coco... read more
