They keep shorting me on my hot drinks. They are not filling the cup up like they should. This is the 4th time it has happened. They did it again. I did not notice untill I got home. From now on I guess I will have to sit in the drive thru and check to see if it is actually full as it should be.
Today I try to get these girls to clean these filthy tables. They need to be scrubbed. They’re grinding dirt simple wiping the tables with a wet rag. It’s not going to clean them. This is the second day in a row. I’ve asked these tables to be clean.
I stopped at Starbucks at .22 inside the Frys Grocery Store the tables were filthy. I asked who own the tables are responsible for them. I was told Frys so I went to the Frys manager and said no those are Starbucks so I went back to Starbucks and I asked Elizabeth at least that’s the name she gave me behind the counter. I went through the drive-thru today, very helpful as always.. I mentioned less iceokay... super light. Trn she used a drainer type lid to slowly pour into my refillable tumbler.. and let only 7 wax ice cubes in.. thanks again
