I got a decent size order, it was quick, fresh, and they even took the time to write cute little messages on the cups! Made my day! Thank you
This review is for the Starbucks in Safeway but anyway I went in ORDERD and it was my friends birthday and she had the app but they said they couldn’t do it because they don’t do QR codes and they also wouldn’t allow stars and even when they said they only do stars with a bar code when my friend used a Starbucks card online they never gave him stars! I do not recommend this Starbucks if you would like stars and the cashier was very sassy and rude.
To be clear this review is for the starbucks inside the safeway store. I asked the Barista for a cup of hot coffee, they told me I could have a cup of espresso with a cup of water to mix it with. How does a coffee company worth 110 billion dollars not have hot coffee? Oh wait they do, it's on the menu, the Americano! So the better question is how is Starbucks employing people who can't take care of their customers and serve what's on the menu? Ridiculous, good thing there is a Black Rock Coffee around the corner.
Friendly baristas, offered a free sample here when I was in that was amazing. Mobile orders were alphabetized and easy to get to. Good vibes all around
Kim and Jack are always there with smiles on their faces. Happy to help with all my extras that I ask for in my drink. Warm and welcoming I always stop by when I'm in the area. Great job guys and thank you.
