I visited this Starbucks around 2 PM to pick up a traveler coffee. There were two baristas working and no other customers in line—just me. Despite the store being completely empty, I was told that traveler coffees require a reservation a day in advance and they don’t make them on demand. I was shocked. No effort to accommodate, no flexibility, just a flat-out refusal. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any coffee shop. I won’t be returning to Starbucks again. Extremely disappointed.
The barisita is the sweetest and most knowledgeable. Her name starts with a C i think.
My favorite location. Everyone is always so friendly and my drinks never disappoint and always consistent.
