I feel bad to complain but this is a very accurate review. Maybe your employee "Kristin" should be trained on how to speak to other adults / customers. As a customer, you have to get her attention and greet her, because she will not acknowledge you. When "Kristin" is ready to take your order, you have to speak to her first because she will not talk unless you speak to her first. More times than not, they put almost nothing in my cup. I order a tall apple crisp oatmilk mac and it's only 2/3 full. Sometimes less. That shit is expensive and I would like to get what I pay for.
It's overpriced coffe. But If u like, u like. Great Staff as always
