Came to the Starbucks for the first time went to the drive-thru they got my order wrong almost every Starbucks I go to now gets my order wrong one out of four times venti mocha with an extra shot and no whipped cream but I always get white chocolate. I would love to add the image of my cup half full of ice with "day made" on it. Day not made. Why do you have a light ice option, if half of the time that I select it, your employees ignore it? You are selling an overpriced product if consistency in order quality cannot be met with each visit. How disappointing.
The fella who took our order was amazingly delightful and funny. He was a great way to start my day along with a peppermint frapp. Thank you.
