I got a grande iced Macha latte. Severely disappointed in the "portion" I requested no ice amd got about an inch of liquid and the rest was foam. I let it rest for about 30 min hoping the foam would settle and I'd have a full drink, but this is all that was left. Very disappointed and very frustrated. The lady at the window seemed to be the only one who knew what she was doing, she's super polite.
What a poor location to visit. Definitely drive a little further to a different location.
i went through drive thru around 8:30am and i got one venti carmel frappe and another venti carmel frappe with two pumps of espresso, and they charged me two carmel frappe with two espresso pumps, asked them to fix it they did but i was still charged extra. it always the same lady who rushes taking our order and that’s why it messed up. this is the third time with the same lady.
