Morning staff at this location is top tier- makes the drinks PHENOMENAL! Afternoon/evening staff is very snarky, rude - it's seems to be an issue if you ask them to remake something because it's incorrect . Order a matcha latte - if you've ever had CLUMPY matcha - it's disgusting. Typically the drink comes out completely blended no clumps. I had I not so good experience . I ordered a pistachio Frappuccino and it didn't look or taste like it had coffee. The guy mashed Silas or something close to that at the Window argued with me even through the drink and it's color explained it all. Disappointed this time. I tried to have them resolve this at the time and it wasn't that's why I left this review
