So one of the gentlemen working this morning at around 10:15 a.m. hands me my coffee, it's supposed to be a nitro with a little bit of cream in it, and it's almost bright white, like it's 100% cream or something, so I bring it back to him and point it out to him and he immediately knows that he didn't give me what I ordered, he purposely gave me that, I'm guessing because the nitro was out and they were too busy to replace it, and he thought I might not notice or something. Incredibly rude staff, would not let use the restroom.
They have some type of attitude and bad service with there customers
