Service was terrible. Lady was rude, got my order wrong, and then instead of remaking it, she just poured the hot Americano over ice, watering everything down. I hate license stores.
Ordered via Mobile App. Had no problem with order or pickup
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever encountered at any Starbucks. The manager (I believe her name was “Shawn”) was the rudest barrister I have ever encountered. Also - my order was incorrect and there was a hole in my cup that made a huge mess. She was unapologetic - thankfully the Kroger manager stepped in and handled the situation.
