Extremely rude and terrible service. I ordered a pistachio frappe and they made a creme one and that's not what I ordered and they got annoyed that I wanted them to remake and they didn't all they did was add coffee to the cup and hand it back to me like that fixes everything. I will never go back to this one again. Worst starbucks ever
I just have to say that Justin is the kindest most professional manager I have ever encountered at any Starbucks. Bravo to the Starbucks team for such a great hire in Justin Coleff!
My drink is simple and no nonsense. For whatever reason, they have to make it complicated. The past couple of times I’ve ordered through mobile my usual espresso over ice topped with different cold foams- which I’ve ordered for years- and they’ve just recently begun covering them in toppings. I just visited this location this morning and let me tell you, your employees are extremely rude. I order a hot white mocha pretty much everyday, so I know how it tastes. When I arrived I tasted it and something was off, so I asked them to remake it. Their demeanor immediately changed and they then started whispering into their headsets, as if I couldn't hear them.
