This is, without a doubt, the friendliest and cleanest Starbucks in Memphis. I go every morning, and I am always greeted warmly. They all know me by name, and my order is never wrong or disappointing. Justin and the entire team work extremely hard to make sure every customer feels at home and welcomed. ZERO STARS... My feelings are slightly hurt to be honest. Being the only person of color inside this establishment at the time (consumer & employee) I am highly offended. They completely ignored me, skipped over me, and never called my name when my order was ready. I'm an extremely patient person so I literally waited sitting inside for nearly 20 minutes before I finally acquired about my order.
