I just visited this location this morning and let me tell you, your employees are extremely rude. I order a hot white mocha pretty much everyday, so I know how it tastes. When I arrived I tasted it and something was off, so I asked them to remake it. Their demeanor immediately changed and they then started whispering into their headsets, as if I couldn't hear them. I came to this location last week and had the best brown sugar shaken espresso. I came today and it was made way stronger than I had it last time. I kindly asked for a remake and it was still the same and actually tastes a little watered down. :(

I can't believe I'm doing this because I never leave reviews. "not enough Carmel in my Carmel frap" at the window I mentioned it several times and too much back and forth without solving my issue so I just left , and not the first time I've had a problem with this particular SB . The worst Starbucks in Memphis.
