The ladies working here were so kind!! Really appreciate them serving me, even though they had just closed, which I didn’t realize until after.
Get rid of the mobile orders in an airport and the line won’t be 25 minutes. Just a very blatantly obvious idea. SMH
Told me I couldn't use my app to scan and the scanner wasnt working. She scanned the person in front of me and everyone after me.
Absolute joke of a system, they leave a huge line of customers to dedicate service to mobile app ordering which is hugely unfair! It would be fair if all international customers could order on the app but they cannot if they don’t have the US app. I’m now 40 minutes into the queue and now just waiting out of pure determination! This is the second time I’ve had issues with my order at this location. The first time my order was not even close to what I ordered and the atmosphere was so chaotic that I finally decided to just take whatever I was given. Second time, I ordered decaf coffee and was given a small amount of regular coffee with a large amount of hot water. How do I know? Because I watched the barista prepare my order. I don’t know if it is due to lack of adequate training but this location is definitely in need of improvement.
