It makes sense why this is the One Starbucks I've ever seen at an airport that is completely empty for hours. I thought it was strange until I went and the worker stated with attitude they're "not making cold drinks or Frappacinos cuz they finna close soon" (which was an hour away from closing time). Hopefully they'll get better staff soon, service was awful!
The person at the counter needs to have some basic sense to talk to the customers. It's 101 customer service which she don't know. Never saw a terrible person at the counter at any store.
Location has claimed to be out of espresso the last two times I’ve visited. They aren’t out of espresso but a few employees are close to getting off and appear pissed to have to work.
Let me start by saying this location is run by HMS Host which is important to know. They are notorious for running poorly run operations and having low standards. However this location shocked me for how bad it is even for HMS Host standards. This location has very rude employees who called the lady in front of me a profane word because she gave them attitude for the extremely lengthy wait. The cashier said “we don’t care because all you customers are….”
