Worst Starbucks ever - waited in q only to be told not taking orders for 15 mins - 15 mins later told 15 mins more - huge delays poor training and Customer service- it’s no wonder Starbucks are in big trouble - sales declining - CEO has no chance of saving this terminal business

Very Rude! Training for customer service is most needed at this store.

It makes sense why this is the One Starbucks I've ever seen at an airport that is completely empty for hours. I thought it was strange until I went and the worker stated with attitude they're "not making cold drinks or Frappacinos cuz they finna close soon" (which was an hour away from closing time). Hopefully they'll get better staff soon, service was awful!

The person at the counter needs to have some basic sense to talk to the customers. It's 101 customer service which she don't know. Never saw a terrible person at the counter at any store.

Location has claimed to be out of espresso the last two times I’ve visited. They aren’t out of espresso but a few employees are close to getting off and appear pissed to have to work.
