This Starbucks has a great vibe thanks to the wonderful staff!
I have been going to this location for years now. Recently there’s has been a change of staff and since then the service has gone downhill. The previous staff was really friendly and welcoming and made great coffee. The newer staff is not friendly at all, and their skill in coffee making is abysmal. It seems like they are not trained at all.
This Starbucks is a hit or miss when it comes to handcrafted drinks or anything with espresso in it. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it is really disappointing. Unfortunately, today was my last day wasting $10 to find out whether the barista of the day can make coffee or not. Ordered my usual grande caramel macchiato, sub oatmilk, with 2 pumps of brown sugar, extra hot. They never make the drinks extra hot like I ask, but today I got a hot cup of oatmilk. No coffee, no brown sugar, no caramel. Honestly unacceptable.
