It’s just awful. Always out of product. Lazy and refusing to make fresh product and just off brand tint you an Americano instead. Staff who will do anything but serve their guests. So, it’s a Starbucks
Lukas is sick, love the kid to death honestly.
I went in there with my girlfriend and we noticed the staff was so welcoming! It was clean, the music was calm, it smelled like fresh coffee in there and the service was amazing. Katie especially was very nice and friendly who made our drink really quickly and it was delicious! Highly recommend the Horchata Frappuccino.
I hope I am not spelling his name incorrectly but I probably am. Jarquez, the manager, almost single-handedly runs this location it often seems. The poor guy was the only one working this morning during the busiest time of their day. He single-handedly had to make all of the custom mobile orders and all of the walk up orders this morning, along with each of our unreasonably ridiculous customizations, ESPECIALLY mine. Everything was good except for the lack of Sriracha sauce. Half the time u have it, the other half u don't. It's a small thing but it ruins my breakfast when its not available. Can't be that hard to stay ahead of
