I see why this is a 3 star. It should be a 1 service sucks staff is rude. Pleàse when you get here if you the only one here be ready to wait at least 10 minutes to get just a coffee. Worst by far starbucks I have ever seen.
I ordered at the drive thru, once I made it to the kiosk I still had to wait. My arrival time was 6:58am with one car in front of me. I receive my order at 712am. I’m not sure what is going on at this location. The guy at the window I wouldn’t say he was rude. I would say he acted as if he really didn’t want to be there. I live in Hernando where we have 2 Starbucks however preferred to come to this location. I think I will be going to the one in Hernando from now own.
