Don’t use this drive through if you’re on a schedule. I don’t know if they are under staffed or just not efficient but they only take one order at a time in the drive through. Most people clearly know this as this is the only Starbucks I’ve seen that more people walk in rather than use the drive through.
The nice man with the dreads made me the best matcha i’ve ever gotten from a starbucks!!
The cashier Mimi, Madison, the Manager of duty all are rude and disrespectful. Do not go to this Starbucks terrible service. Mimi has the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced. The entire staff here is rude and lack customer service. I also burned my mouth on this beverage it was too hot. I will seek litigation against this store for damages. Madison also falsely accused me of taking photos which is false. I was on a business call and she came to the window yelling at me. Avoid this location at all cost!
