If anything goes wrong (someone can't work their app), EVERYONE in the store has to help. You cannot make drinks or take orders while one person is having a problem. Expect to wait.

Well run Starbucks. Don't let the long line fool you...they move fast.
Not able to accept Starbucks cards by phone, even if you read the number (a first - I call BS). Also refused to give me a venti water. The one literally across Broadway - 30 sec walk - did both fine.
