The guy inside running the cash register is very nice; however, he is too slow. The part that confuses me is the rest of the staff seem completely unaware (??????). C'mon guys! Why would you let the line grow deep and not step in and begin helping him out? 5 minutes to order two coffees? Not good.
Ordered mozzarella tomato panini and no tom given for a sandwich as expensive as this more care should be given
Usally I love my starbucks but really mad today!!This sucked!! For whatever reason my location only got like 20 of the ugly sweater wraps!! Really, dont advertise that it goes all day when you only give the locations 20 items to give out!!! What a rip off! I only ordered a frap (usally only order those in summer time) to get the wrap! :( -------feeling very disapointed
