I had my first appointment with Ryan a few months ago when I was desperate for some immediate relief from muscle tightness I couldn’t seem to get rid of. His massage studio is welcoming, and Ryan is very skilled and attentive. Not only did he loosen up my sore spots, but he also walked me through his observations and offered suggestions for stretching and self-massage. I recently had a sports massage with Ryan to help relieve muscle soreness from this week’s ultramarathon training. From the start, Ryan was very attentive, taking the time to understand my symptoms and goals through his online intake form. His expertise and personalized approach made a significant difference in my recovery. I will definitely be returning!
I cannot say enough good things about Starbody Massage (and Ryan!). The space is clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and I always feel respected and safe. Ryan is super knowledgeable about the body, and happy to provide information about his work. He also provides some helpful recommendations for stretching and maintenance work.
