I just moved into they're townhouse 2 weeks ago. The dryer doesn't work the oven doesn't work and the fridge leaks like nothing I've ever seen. To top it all off there's also mice in our kitchen. I contacted the property manager about all this and she says well our maintenance walks through and makes sure all appliances work properly prior to move in as per our policy. WHAT!!!! I have been living at these townhomes for nearly 5 years and while there have been management changes; one thing that has been great is knowing that you can rely on the team if any issues arise. I have not had many in home issues, but the few I have had the maintenance team was right on it in a timely manner. I can only complain ever so nicely about getting grass in my backyard, But I know that takes time. Great apartments! The leasing team are great people and easy to work with. Any problems you have living here they will have your back and get it done! Highly recommend living here if you applied.
This is a great company and have really great apartment managers. Property is clean and grounds well maintained.
