Absolutely top notch for Tacoma area property management. Ryan and Bryan are highly professional and have earned the highest level of trust in managing our multifamily portfolio in the Puget Sound region.
I just moved into they're townhouse 2 weeks ago. The dryer doesn't work the oven doesn't work and the fridge leaks like nothing I've ever seen. To top it all off there's also mice in our kitchen. I contacted the property manager about all this and she says well our maintenance walks through and makes sure all appliances work properly prior to move in as per our policy. WHAT!!!! Your maintenence should be fired then! So she basically calls me stupid and says "are you sure you know how to properly use your appliances" it's a d... read more

I have been living at these townhomes for nearly 5 years and while there have been management changes; one thing that has been great is knowing that you can rely on the team if any issues arise. I have not had many in home issues, but the few I have had the maintenance team was right on it in a timely manner. I can only complain ever so nicely about getting grass in my backyard, But I know that takes time.
