Starboard CrossFit hosted a Deka mile, and it was so much fun! The facilities are great, and most importantly, the people are fantastic. The owners and members made us feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back for another race and for some classes. Highly recommend!
Loved our experience at Starboard CrossFit. Tiffany the coach was excellent, very knowledgeable and willing to help throughout the workouts. We also had a chance to meet the owner who was also very friendly. You can tell the members truly love their gym and have created an inviting culture. We would love to go back again when we are in town!
Starboard CrossFit is everything that I was looking for in a gym while I was here in Charleston temporarily for work. The owner and all of the other coaches were amazing and everyone at the gym made me feel like I have belonged there for years. It’s always somewhat of a crapshoot when you drop in at a different box, but this place was awesome! Thanks everyone at Starboard CrossFit, if I ever find myself in Charleston again I definitely know where I’ll be working out at!
