My dealing with their staff was horrible. Hispanic male with mustache. He even flipped me off. I called their store but no one answered and no voicemail was available. Never do business here.
We got assigned Starace through our home warranty company to replace our HVAC. We were glad we got a locally owned company. Our home warranty gave both us and Starace a really hard time but in the end, with the help of Starace we got the HVAC replaced. Starace had amazing staff from technicians to office staff. The owner even took personal phone calls when needed. We are thankful for Starace and would recommend them t anyone.

Terrible service whole month to get part … no call no show for appointment.. I have to call hunt them down..and when I did … they can’t do it need another guy.. so another day and another day keep going on nothing is done..days after days of calling off work to wait for these clowns ….Juan is a terrible dispatch for un knowledge tech to come do job.. don’t waste ur time and money on these .. unprofessionals..
My home warranty company picked this company for my leaking A/C. A few years back the warranty company picked this same company and badk then I had problems with them showing up but I thought, maybe time has resolved those issues so, why not try them. When the appointment was picked for me by the warranty co., the times would not work for my schedule so I tried to call Starace and was not able to leave a voice message.
