We were working with this company since February. They are awful with communication. They never call back. They don’t call the home warranty company when they say they are. I literally had to call this company every single day from February all the way until the end of June And we still did not get the issue resolved. Great service!! From the moment I called about my A/C not working to the repair! Being in customer service for 40 years, I expect it to be top notch! Marlene listened to me and let me finish my concerns without interruption. She also dug deep for me to find that the part needed was still under warranty! Keith, was awesome! Great service from the first call into the office. Technician arrived promptly determined the problem, located the parts, picked up the parts and returned promptly. Repairs were completely much quicker then expected. They certainly exceeded my expectations. Our technician Keith Russell Jr. was knowledgeable, personable, and honest. My dealing with their staff was horrible. Hispanic male with mustache. He even flipped me off. I called their store but no one answered and no voicemail was available. Never do business here.
We got assigned Starace through our home warranty company to replace our HVAC. We were glad we got a locally owned company. Our home warranty gave both us and Starace a really hard time but in the end, with the help of Starace we got the HVAC replaced. Starace had amazing staff from technicians to office staff. The owner even took personal phone calls when needed. We are thankful for Starace and would recommend them t anyone.
