The installers of my new A/C and heating unit just left my house. I appreciated Starace's service very much. The representative named Andrew called last week to let me know that my installation day would be this week. He called again the evening before to tell me the exact day and time (between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m.) to expect the workers. We were working with this company since February. They are awful with communication. They never call back. They don’t call the home warranty company when they say they are. I literally had to call this company every single day from February all the way until the end of June And we still did not get the issue resolved. Great service!! From the moment I called about my A/C not working to the repair! Being in customer service for 40 years, I expect it to be top notch! Marlene listened to me and let me finish my concerns without interruption. She also dug deep for me to find that the part needed was still under warranty! Keith, was awesome! Great service from the first call into the office. Technician arrived promptly determined the problem, located the parts, picked up the parts and returned promptly.
