Gave him guaranteed business every other week at our company. He came maybe 3 or 4 times and never showed up again. No call. No show. No explanation. Just never came back even though we always had several cars for him to wash. We finally found a mobile car wash crew that took over and they've never missed a scheduled day and they do a great job for us. Not sure why anyone would pass up guaranteed business that's handed to them. smh

I used to get my car washed by Chad and his team when I worked in riverside at a business plaza he would visit weekly. It was always the best wash possible and I was never disappointed, especially cause the price was great. They would do the wheels and wipe down everything in the interior. They always did the things that most car washes would miss and that definitely kept me coming back week after week. Chad who is the owner of Star Wash has been washing my two cars for the past 4 years. The job that he does is so wonderful, there is no one else in Southern California in my opinion that can compare to his work. He has always been on time, and always has gone up and above to make sure that you're happy with the car wash that he does. His detailing is so tremendous, that I have my car detailed every 6 to 8 months by him.
Chad and his staff have the most amazing customer service while doing a great job on the cars. No "challenge" is too big - they did a super clean on the truck after a thousand mile road trip with toddlers. You couldn't even tell there had been kids in there when Star wash was done with it!
Besides doing an amazing job, Chad is also interested in educating his customers. His 20 plus years of experience and great personality really make Star Wash a great company.
