When first booking my appointment with Star Vision, they were very accommodating. I was able to get my eye exam, and I was given temporary contacts and was told to wear them and then come back to make sure everything fit fine. I have asked the office to make an exception for this appointment because it is tough for me to break free during the day to attend a five-minute appointment, especially because I have been wearing contacts for 23 years. One of the lenses from my precious bifocal glasses had popped out when I accidentally dropped them, so I stopped at Star and they very kindly fixed it immediately even though the glasses were not purchased there. Impressed by the courteous, competent, prompt service.
Awesome experience today. Beautiful office, good customer service and the doctor isn't rushing to get you out. She answered all my questions with a nice and professional attitude. My kids are going soon, I'm sure it will be good.
