Star Track service does not even deserve 1 star. The couriers aren't interested - left no card or anything to indicate I had missed delivery - tracking on the Star Track website was useless (I'm an individual not a company so the form wouldn't proceed etc). I took a day off work and spent my whole day at home waiting for my package to be delivered, only for the driver to turn around and claim that I wasn't at home. I called Star Track and requested they leave my package at my local post office, but I was told that I did not have the authorisation to change the delivery instructions and that I needed to contact the retailer and have them change this delivery info on my behalf. 真糟糕透了
I was been phone call the driver can’t find the address meat also no any delivery and no any collection card. Unless I check with the send the tracking number to notice they wait me collecting from their office.
Very helpful staff i arrived at the pick-up on dot qt the closing time toller shutters were already but kind lady saw me on the camera and open the shutter to help me out.
