Went to Star with every intention of buying a new SUV today. We were handed the keys for two cars to basically look for ourselves. Sale person was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles misquoting engine and fuel mileage. We narrowed it down to two Grand Highlander trims by ourselves. Asked to test drive them and was told they wouldn't waste the mileage. The expectation that you would spend 60K on an suv without a test drive is ludicrous. Called the collision dept. They refused to even give me any idea of cost without the car being taken in. I understand the quote would need to be adjusted after a physical inspection but what poor service! Other shops have done it. Red flag.
EXCELLENT Place best service station ever. Took my dads car here hopless they fixed it and they BACK their warranty beautifully and were great at communicating. I will always drive a TOYOTA
