Absolutely horrible experience My car was towed on June 9, 2022 After it was in an accident. I went to the tow yard June 10, 2022 To collect my belongings And license plate from the car. We were told we had to wait outside, We waited for like 20 minutes for somebody to actually come help us It was over 100°. I had a concussion. I was six months pregnant. With a broken hip. Fastest towing service I have ever received. Was out in the middle of nowhere and thought I would have to wait hours to get help, but the driver was on his way from the instant I hung up the phone.
They are amazing don't call anyone else they are truly the best towing company in Arizona. Not only are they communicating with you every step of the way, but they are true to they're estimated time of arrival. And if they are delayed for any reason they will inform you. Eddie the gentleman that towed our truck was respectful and super attentive to us. We couldn't have asked for a butter service. Their prices are truly reasonable and not expensive. If you call anyone call them!
The Cost Was Reasonable. The Driver Was A Lifesaver, I Dropped My ATM Card, He Found It For Me. They Also Provide Water. I Will Use Them Again If I Need Too...
