RecommendedWe broke down on i10 today and Robert came to our rescue and picked up on car and drove it to the dealership. Robert was a nice guy, great driver and made sure we got home. You don’t want to break down but if you are lucky you will get a driver like Robert.
At 6:03 pm today 1/19/17 the driver of tow truck Lic plate # CJ 77020 cut me off and almost hit my truck at 48th st/ Broadway. When I honked to inform him they had cut me off they turned on their rear lights to blind me in the dark.

The company has bad ethics. Burden of proof being their methodology. Their invoice states they are not liable for damage caused during their care. My personal property was damaged by a driver under their license. I was told they would take care of it. It hasn't happened. I am glad noone was killed or injured. They wont even tell me how my property met its demise. It is illegal. I am certain there are other complaints not shown on this page. There must be accountability.
