Our experience was very poor with this company. Our experience follows. 1st: They came and measured which was fine. 2nd: Dates were set a few times for them to come install the glass and no one showed. 3rd: The team showed up to install the glass and did not have a long enough ladder despite coming to measure the window previously. They used our ladder. 4th: Installation went quick except the glass came scratched or they scratched it while installing it. The team was about to leave, and no one even mentioned the scratch. Niko and his team have very poor customer service. They replaced our front window panes in November of 2021. We noticed the below average installation job and reached out to the team to get someone here to inspect them for warranty purposes. The windows were so loose in their frames that you could push them out if you tried hard enough. They would rattle if the wind was strong enough.
