I was passing by and noticed Star Studio Spa, so I decided to go in for a massage since my body really needed it. The atmosphere pleasantly surprised me—it was very clean, and the staff were welcoming. I chose Vanessa, for my massage, and she was truly amazing at massage. I would love to come back again to see her.
I was looking to get work done on my hip joints at this spa and called this morning thinking I was booking for a proper RMT massage, but the lady on the phone wasn’t exactly clear about the services offered and finally hung up on me. Who hangs up on a potential customer like that??? The call was weird and super misleading and it didn’t feel like i was speaking with a legit spa at all, more like one of those body rub and tug places. 😅 Ladies be sure to keep away!
Really disappointing experience at Star Studio Spa tonight. The room I was put in looked mildly sanitized/clean as I entered, which was off putting right away. There was also a lot of confusion on their end such as the time I had left, things kept getting misunderstood, which made it frustrating. The receptionist came across rude, and not very welcoming, nor informative. To make matters worse, my attendant Kylie had to rush through the service, so it didn’t feel relaxing at all. Definitely not worth it, I wouldn’t go back.
HOLY EXPENSIVE AND OVERPRICED !!!! You can get a lot more for a lot less elsewhere 🚮🚮🚮🗑️🗑️🗑️
As a long time regular I can always be happy when Kylie is around. She makes you feel special in any way. Be aware that status newbie doesn’t always bring good service and you might want to ask for another option.
