Rented a storage unit and have tried the code they gave me to get in the gate and have not been able to get in with it. I have called the after hours number 6 times and they said they sent a message to management and someone would call me back in 10-15 minutes and now 7 hours later no one has called me back. Very disappointed and has put us at a huge inconvenience bc now we have no where to put our stuff and have to be out today.
RecommendedWhen we were in a pinch for 1, then 2(!), self-storage units, the management team at Star Storage got us reserved, then signed up, and IN practically as our truck and trailer were idling at their gates! So friendly, helpful and efficient during a whirlwind week of moving! Thank you (Mr. Andy)!
