We have been using services with SS&OT for about a year now, but unfortunately we very often had to deal with a lot of call offs from one of the therapists and it was difficult to move around our schedule at wok to be able to make it at a different time in such short notice, and when I expressed that to them, they tried to blame it on us for the two times we had to cancel ahead of time due to forcible situations.
