Worst nail salon experience ever. The technician hurt my fingers with the electric file, had a terrible attitude, and didn't even trim my broken nails. To make matters worse, I didn't have any cash or small bills for a different tip amount, so I ended up leaving a 25% tip anyway—and I regretted it the moment I walked out. I will never go back
nail lady cut me, took a tip without asking, made the nail lopsided and didn’t blend in the french tip. never going back.
It’s my First visit at this spa and was very disappointed with the results. I had a regular pedi and mani . Went to other spa and this one is the only one that finished so quickly. The unevenness with the nail polish on my hands and toes looks unprofessional and cheaply done . Very disappointed will never go back there .
I dont live close by at all! But I discovered this salon accidentally while in the area and now I drive an hour here to get my Gelx mani every 2 weeks religiously. Susu is my nail tech and shes wonderful. Everyone there is wonderful.
